A consultation with Dr. Diacakis plastic surgeon in Paris is mandatory at least 15 days before the operation.
Pre-operative examinations are prescribed as well as a support girdle which must be worn for 4 to 6 weeks.
A consultation with the anaesthetist must take place at least 48 hours before the operation. You will be asked to wash your body and hair with betadine the day before and the morning of the operation.
You will have to fast (without drinking, eating or smoking) 6 hours before the operation.
You must stop smoking one month before the operation and one month afterwards to allow for a better fat “graft”.
Any medication containing aspirin must be banned 2 weeks before.
It is necessary to rest for 10 days after the operation.

The operation is under general anaesthesia.
The operation associated with liposculpture lasts between 2 and 4 hours.

The final result of a lipofilling is obtained at 6 months but is visible, pretty and harmonious from the second month.
The result is natural, definitive and very satisfying.
It is possible to obtain a curvature and projection of the buttocks as important as with prostheses with a more natural result.
If the patient wishes a larger volume it is possible, after 6 months, to carry out a second operation.
